Vol. 16, no. 2, Winter 2016 – General issue

PolSci Volume 16, number 2 (Winter 2016) comprises articles which deal with themes such as Fascism, rule of law and political participation of young people. The first article deals with the relationship between the Bolshevik revolution and Fascism. The second discusses Rule of Law as a powerful separation between global civilisations. The third article explores the development and influence of visual media on social movement activism in Slovenia. The fourth attempts to explain the ineffective implementation of constitutional rulings through the concept of policy networks. The fifth article focuses on contributing to a better understanding of second-order election theory on a discursive level, by analyzing the Czech regional elections. The sixth reveals conditions for political participation of young people in a region of Hungary. Book review: Chantal Mouffe, “Agonistics. Thinking the World Politically” (2013)
